Will this year be a cashless experience?
This year Santa’s helpers will be able to accept all forms of payment including cash, all major credit cards and Apple pay for your convenience.
Is my family required to wear a mask?
While we are not requiring families to wear a mask while taking their photos with Santa, we are strongly recommending wearing a mask when in line or other crowded areas.
How many photos are taken?
Santa’s helpers have been trained to get the best photograph for every family no matter what! However, we typically will take between 5-8 images per family to enjoy. This may vary depending on party size.
Where will Santa be located?
Santa’s Workshop is located in East Court next to Fresh Brew Coffee. East Court is accessible from the center entrance between Macy’s and the Dino Safari Exhibit (former Sear’s Building) or through JCPenney.
Why are visits with Santa by appointment only?
Appointments are truly the best way to offer a relaxed stress-free experience for all visitors. It’s also the best way to guarantee you won’t be waiting in long lines.
How does the booking system work?
Visit NorthPointMall.com and link to our reservation system. Select your preferred date and time from what’s available on your screen. If you do not see your preferred date/time displayed that means we are booked for that specific timeframe. Once you have chosen the best time for your and your family simply follow the instructions to complete the booking process. You will receive an email confirmation as well as a reminder the day before your appointment.
What do I do when I arrive for my appointment?
Check in with a Santa greeter and they will guide you to the entrance to visit Santa.
What are the photo package prices?

Can I just show up and wait in line to see the Santa Claus?
While walk-up availability will be offered, we strongly recommend you book an appointment in advance.
How can I cancel or change my appointment?
To change any details to your reservations, simply log into your account or use the link in your confirmation email to make the edits. Please be sure that you are making edits to your original appointment instead of booking a new appointment for you and your family. It’s important to remember that you’ll only be able to rebook your appointment while availability remains and at least 1 hour before your original appointment.
Please be aware that unfortunately we will not be able to offer refunds for multiple appointments made or if the cancellation deadline is missed.
Can I make an appointment at Santa’s Workshop?
We recommend that all appointments are made in advance online. However, you can also visit North Point’s holiday concierge team for same day assistance. Please note, that while they can not guarantee availability they will do their best to assist you and your family with booking your visit to see Santa.
Do you offer visits and photos for Guests with special needs?
Are you allowing pet photos with Santa this season?
Yes, North Point will be hosting a pet night to have their photo with Santa on December 8th. To book Santa for pet night, make sure to make your reservation for 12/8.

Can I buy an individual photo print without purchasing an entire photo package?
Our packages are curated with you and your family in mind. While single photos are not available for purchase they can be added to any of the packages for $9.99.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
We ask that families arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.
Where do I park?
You can follow the signs for the food court and park where in the parking lot where the food court is just to the left of Macy’s.
The closest parking to Santa’s Workshop is conveniently located near the mall’s main entrance near Cosmic Golf and Fresh Brewed Cafe.
Is my family allowed to visit Santa even if we’re not taking photos?
Absolutely – everyone is welcomed to visit Santa throughout the season. Purchasing a photo package is completely optional. However, please be aware that walk-up visits may be subject to longer wait times especially the closer it gets to December 24.
Is my child allowed to talk to Santa from a distance?
Absolutely! Everyone in the family is encouraged to interact with Santa and his helpers throughout their visit. There’s nothing that Santa loves more than talking to the young and young at heart during the most jolliest time of the year.
What if my infant child is unable to sit by themselves without support?
While Santa will always do his best to accommodate different requests, if an infant or child is unwilling or unable to sit with Santa alone, then the photographer or a Santa helper will ask a parent or guardian to sit with the child in order to take the photo.
Can we use our personal camera or video recorder when we visit with Santa?
The use of personal cameras is prohibited during your seated visit with the Santa. However, you are more than welcome to use your personal cell phone with the other two Instagrammable moments that will be located in Santa’s Workshop. Don’t forget to visit the other holiday photo moments in Center Court.
Can pets visit with Santa?
Santa is pet friendly and will have dedicated pet day(s). If you chose to bring your fur-baby outside of pet day we kindly request that you bring them on a leash or crate and keep them by your side at all times.
Are there restrooms at the photo area?
The restrooms are just upstairs at the food court. You can take the elevator just behind Fresh Brewed Coffee and the restrooms are right there in the back of the food court next to the carousel.
Will there be hand sanitizing stations at the set?
Yes. Hand sanitizing stations area available at the entrance and exit of Santa’s Workshop.
Can I physically sit/hug/touch Santa?
We will follow the requirements set by the CDC to ensure the health and wellbeing of all guests.
